​"I started with Zoe at the end of Sept 2024 after searching for a female PT in Luton- how time has flown! I was struggling with finding motivation to lose weight and needed someone to help me get started but also hold me accountable. I was going through a high blood pressure diagnosis and had developed bad habits since the peak of Covid times such as eating alot more takeaways. 
ZLR Fitness stood out to me because Zoe, the amazing PT behind the brand, has her own private 1-1 gym. I knew it would be a private space which was very appealing to me because I was new to weight training and had always been put off from going to the gym because of this lack of familiarity.  
Throughout my time with Zoe, I have gained a solid foundation about weights and the importance of technique. The programme Zoe develops takes into account key areas and insecurities I wanted to work on. As part of the service, Zoe provides weekly check-ins via video which contain key messages, pep talks and reminders. This aspect really makes ZLR fitness stand out from others. Zoe also, in a very encouraging way, helps me to track my food and make better choices.
As a result of my sessions with Zoe, which were 3x a week across 9 months, I successfully lost nearly 2.5 stone and my blood pressure reduced, resulting in my medication being lowered..I couldn't have been more pleased and thankful for this! Zoe is just brilliant.. so personable, non-judgemental, patient and encouraging. Our time in sessions used to fly past as we would train hard but also have great chats about life. I really enjoyed the sessions even more due to this social element. Even the days I was really busy and stressed after a long day of work, I knew the minute I got to the session I would be in game mode.

"I started with Zoe in September 2024 at her private 1-1 studio. My sister had also previously worked with Zoe and recommended I join with her as she rated Zoe highly and it was super close to home.  Some of the other reasons I chose to work with Zoe is because she was a female PT, a mum same as me and I really liked the way she approached the coaching as it was a more gentle approach.  
Before working with Zoe I was really struggling with going out of my comfort zone wearing certain clothes, not knowing anything about water intake and how to correct amount of food and work on my nutritional habits.  I have now lost nearly 2 stone and a few inches in the process too, but the biggest thing is I have gained is a lot more confidence. 
With Zoe's coaching program you get constant communication and you actually feel like you are getting somewhere. There was no pressure; when I had injuries Zoe was supportive and very flexible when needed to be!  
The coaching experience is very structured, along with not too much pressure but the right amount to get goals accomplished! I honestly feel great! I am feeling very confident going into the new year!

"I started with Zoe in May 2025. I needed some help and guidance to get back on track after some extreme weight loss and dieting phases.  I reached out to Zoe because I was struggling with over exercising, under eating/fueling my body and had lost my periods.
With Zoe's help I have learnt to enjoy food and exercise again, and not use exercise as a punishment. I understand how important it is to fuel my body with the right foods and that putting on some weight has actually made me healthier. She has also really helped with my mindset towards myself, and has lots of useful articles to support with body self image and the importance of fuelling yourself in the right way.

"I started with Zoe at the end of January and I chose to work with her because of her holistic approach to fitness. When I had my first consultation with Zoe she asked me lots of in-depth questions about fitness which really made me think about my goals and what I wanted to achieve! Zoe's approach and attitude to fitness was exactly what I was looking for and she focuses on many aspects of well being including mental as well as the physical. My biggest struggles when I initially came to Zoe was that I wasn't sure what I needed to be doing in the gym, how to eat and fuel my body to achieve my goals and I was very shy which meant I didn't have the confidence to explore the free weights area or lift any.
Since working with Zoe I have achieved significant progress in my weight training goals! I have noticed improvements in my strength, endurance and overall fitness level! Some of the best parts about the coaching was definitely having accountability with my food, checking in with Zoe each week to receive feedback and taking responsibility for my mental health aswell as physical.
This has all helped me to stay accountable and responsible for my actions, I have now built a routine that enables me to succeed with my goals. I would 100% recommend Zoe to others and especially if you want an attentive and personalised approach to your coaching. "I am currently feeling amazed by the progress I have made! I have often always struggled with my eating habits as I wasn't really sure how food was used to fuel my body and instead I would always eat less thinking it would help me to lose the weight.
Zoe has taught me how to make the most out of food without under-eating and succumbing to cravings. Before working with Zoe I would under-eat and succumb to cravings which would lead me to overeating,  I learnt with Zoe that this was what was ruining my progress as this was something I would do regularly over the weekends. I have now found a happy medium with Zoe's help & guidance!
I just love the support I am getting on the team and seeing other people's progress actually motivates me to want to enjoy my own progress! The best part about the warriors is definitely the client hub which has so much information with anything & everything I need to know! "I came to Zoe from a recommendation after my sister had been following her on Instagram. Zoe was very enthusiastic, caring and a very nice person. With Zoe being a female she made me feel comfortable as she was so easy to talk to and has great knowledge on how to build a healthier body. Before seeing Zoe I was eating too much fast food, along with always snacking and skimping on my dinner leading to me overeating in the evenings.
