"I am currently feeling amazed by the progress I have made! I have often always struggled with my eating habits as I wasn't really sure how food was used to fuel my body and instead I would always eat less thinking it would help me to lose the weight.
Zoe has taught me how to make the most out of food without under-eating and succumbing to cravings. Before working with Zoe I would under-eat and succumb to cravings which would lead me to overeating,  I learnt with Zoe that this was what was ruining my progress as this was something I would do regularly over the weekends. I have now found a happy medium with Zoe's help & guidance!

" I started with Zoe in September 2024 at her private 1-1 studio. 
My sister had also previously worked with Zoe and recommended I join with her as she rated Zoe highly and it was super close to home.  Some of the other reasons I chose to work with Zoe is because she was a female PT and I really liked the way she approached the coaching as it was a more gentle approach.  
Before working with Zoe I was really struggling with going out of my comfort zone wearing certain clothes, not knowing anything about water intake and how to correct amount of food and work on my nutritional habits.  I have now lost nearly 2 stone and a few inches in the process too, but the biggest thing is I have gained is a lot more confidence. 
With Zoe's coaching program you get constant communication and you actually feel like you are getting somewhere. There was no pressure; when I had injuries Zoe was supportive and very flexible when needed to be!  
The coaching experience is very structured, along with not too much pressure but the right amount to get goals accomplished! I honestly feel great! I am feeling very confident going into the new year! 
 Of course I would recommend Zoe to everyone! Zoe brings a very personal 1:1 training experience, she knows what she is talking about and I have every confidence anyone I recommend to Zoe will get results and say the same."

"I came to Zoe from a recommendation after my sister had been following her on Instagram. Zoe was very enthusiastic, caring and a very nice person. With Zoe being a female she made me feel comfortable as she was so easy to talk to and has great knowledge on how to build a healthier body. Before seeing Zoe I was eating too much fast food, along with always snacking and skimping on my dinner leading to me overeating in the evenings. I was definitely not eating much protein or vegetables and not exercising which is why I wanted to get Zoe's help. Since working with Zoe I eat more balanced and healthier meals and I have learnt much more about my body. I engage more positively with exercise, my coaching sessions and why I need to be moving more! I think the best parts about working with Zoe is definitely the coaching sessions every week because I am always learning and know it's taking me closer to my goals!"

Zoe stood out because it wasn't just about the work outs, it's the whole package which was really important to me. Sleep, diet, general good health and someone who was willing to listen to what I wanted to get out of the process.
 I really struggled with a healthy eating plan that would work for me and learning how to control the emotional side of my eating, also I didn't know anything about how to exercise correctly.
WOW, where do I start! Firstly, I am stronger and fitter which I love and will continue to work on. I have a much better understanding of how to eat a proper balanced diet, what food works for me and what doesn't. I can now the control the previously unhealthy reaction to stress or upset by journalling or by removing myself from the situation. I've lost inches and gained confidence. The whole process has been brilliant, I've loved it.
Zoe is the best part of the program! Taking time to understand what I need, what I'm trying to achieve, what I am like as a person and working along side me to achieve the goals. As the service is so personalised and Zoe is so invested in your outcome it really is a true one on one. Zoe is encouraging, knowledgeable, empathetic and not at all judgemental. The ZLR Hub is also a great add-on, it has loads of really useful and informative information as well as videos of exercises, everything you need if you need meal ideas or just a little motivation.
My experience on the warriors has been excellent, Zoe offers a true one to one service, the session is completely tailored to your individual needs and fitness levels and continues to be adjusted as you progress. Zoe is kind and patient and takes time to explain everything she is asking of you.
I feel amazing! I feel fitter and healthier, confident and motivated. I will continue to work out and keep up my much healthier lifestyle.

"I started with Zoe at the end of January and I chose to work with her because of her holistic approach to fitness. When I had my first consultation with Zoe she asked me lots of in-depth questions about fitness which really made me think about my goals and what I wanted to achieve! Zoe's approach and attitude to fitness was exactly what I was looking for and she focuses on many aspects of well being including mental as well as the physical. My biggest struggles when I initially came to Zoe was that I wasn't sure what I needed to be doing in the gym, how to eat and fuel my body to achieve my goals and I was very shy which meant I didn't have the confidence to explore the free weights area or lift any. Since working with Zoe I have achieved significant progress in my weight training goals! I have noticed improvements in my strength, endurance and overall fitness level! Some of the best parts about the coaching was definitely having accountability with my food, checking in with Zoe each week to receive feedback and taking responsibility for my mental health aswell as physical.

I chose Zoe because it was a full health and fitness programme that not only related to fitness but also education on key aspects of daily habits along with total full support rather than just a personal trainer. My biggest struggles when I initially came to Zoe was my yo-yo dieting and alcohol struggles. Since doing the programme with Zoe I have completely transformed my mindset. "I signed up with Zoe in January! A member had told me about her in the gym who was super pleased with all the goals they had achieved with her! I had been working out consistently and had only been seeing small differences and just realised I wasn't getting where I wanted to be! When I initially came to Zoe I had lost a lot of weight via slimming world previously but this had left me with loose skin and a lack of muscle tone! I was needing extra support with my nutrition, was working out for over 2 hours in the gym and doing lots of cardio! I was  also super shy in using the machines but I also wanted to learn how to use them appropriately for my goals! Being coached by Zoe has made me so happy and I loved every second of working with her! I have really started to see the difference in my body shape and I am now achieving the toned, defined and sculpted look I was after! Zoe is kind, approachable and bubbly which just made me feel so excited for every session I had with her! "I came to Zoe in February and due to time constraints for both of us I only got to work with her for a few months but in that time I have learnt so much! I chose to work with Zoe because it came through a recommendation from a friend who had also worked with Zoe! Zoe also had so much content on her website so I just thought why not give it a go! When I initially came to Zoe I struggled with everything from nutrition, to being in the menopause, low motivation, bloating and as a result I was neglecting my health. Since working with Zoe I have noticed my bloating has significantly reduced. I am also alot stronger even though I cannot see this yet, but I know that definition takes time to come through and Zoe has helped me to set realistic expectations with my results. I came to Zoe because I felt so low about my weight and my confidence was at an all time low. I was so scared the chocolate would over rule my diet which has always been a massive struggle of mine!
