"I am currently feeling amazed by the progress I have made! I have often always struggled with my eating habits as I wasn't really sure how food was used to fuel my body and instead I would always eat less thinking it would help me to lose the weight.
Zoe has taught me how to make the most out of food without under-eating and succumbing to cravings. Before working with Zoe I would under-eat and succumb to cravings which would lead me to overeating,  I learnt with Zoe that this was what was ruining my progress as this was something I would do regularly over the weekends. "I signed up with Zoe in January! A member had told me about her in the gym who was super pleased with all the goals they had achieved with her! I had been working out consistently and had only been seeing small differences and just realised I wasn't getting where I wanted to be!
