Meal Plan Ideas

In this section you will find example meal plan ideas based on your weight. This is a great option if you want something a little structured with the calories provided without having to count them yourself and track measurements of food instead. This is a great place to start if you are unsure what to eat, and don't want a super strict meal plan. These plans gives you ideas, calories provided and the flexibility to chop and change your fave meals in and take ideas from each plan. Make sure you click each plan to zoom it in!
